Mundial Cork selects its raw material following a constant monitoring of the cork oak trees and begins a traceability from their reception to the finished product, carrying out rigorous physical, chemical, mechanical, microbiological, chromatographic, visual, and organoleptic tests during the manufacturing process.
Mundial Cork uses vaporisation treatments, and through this process is able to obtain
high-quality stoppers for their customers.

Our company’s production is carried out following the requirements and recommendations in the International Code of Cork Stopper Manufacturing Practice from the European Cork Federation (C.E. Liège).



All of the products used in the production process meet EU and US FDA standards.

The suitability of the products used in the manufacture of our champagne cork stoppers has been evaluated by the specialized committee CECAF Bouchons de Champagne.
